  • Deprecated fields and breaking changes – Changes to the SelfService_Plan_Component API fields in this release include renamed, new, and deprecated fields, as shown in the table. ClosedRead more

  • Logic update for active records – Corrective updates have been made to the logic that determines active records in the database. If you notice abnormalities in data that you are capturing via an ETL process in the APIs listed, do a full table refresh to truncate and load the data, rather than a delta or incremental update.   • API Generator forms – When you create or edit an API, the Form selector now includes an information icon for each form, which shows the organizations and projects associated with the form. ClosedRead more

    For performance reasons, the form refresh has been adjusted to only occur overnight once per day. Now, when a form is added to InEight Compliance or InEight Completions, the form is not available in the Explore API Generator until the next day. Previously, when a form was added, the structure of the form was available in the API Generator within 20 minutes. However, availability of the data entered for a filled-out form has always been on a once-daily overnight refresh interval.

  • Dashboard user data refresh – A new option has been added to Dashboard Management in organization > Settings > Explore that lets administrators refresh the user data in the background if new users need access to in-app dashboards. ClosedRead more

    Previously, when a user was granted permissions to Explore, they had to wait for the overnight refresh to be able to view dashboards.

  • Field Execution dashboard – The new Field Execution dashboard features data from InEight Plan and InEight Progress that lets you analyze performance and productivity metrics.

  • Connected Analytics Index dashboard – The new Connected Analytics Index dashboard provides a catalog of all reporting items contained in Report, Explore and Replicate. The dashboard also provides updated schema information for each Explore and SelfService API and Replicate view when your environment upgrades to a new release.
